Story telling is the art of taking thousands of pieces of seemingly unrelated details (smells, scents, memories, passionate pursuits) and distilling them into a piece that communicates the essence of that experience. Everything and everyone has hundreds of stories, and most are worth sharing:
  • The old oak tree that wasn't cut down, so the highway goes around it...
  •  The man from Greece who runs a hole-in-the-wall restaurant that's rated #1 in the county...
  •  The gallery owner who quit her high-paying corporate job, because she loved art...
For my entire life, I’ve been intrigued and inspired by people’s stories, and my passion is capturing these stories in writing. My writing can be long, researched, and detailed (for a book, or an in-depth website); shorter pieces (an article for a magazine or blog); a quick quip (for a social media campaign); ghost writing from your written or oral notes; and anything in between.
